I started this group for those in the Whatcom County (WA) area (though BC residents are also welcome from the nearby White Rock, and Surrey areas as well!).  This group is about honest concern for potential events that might endanger the well-being of your family and other loved ones, and about formulating some backup plans in case other municipal, State or Federal response/support or other commercial options are not accessible.
